Dry-Lining
Dry-Lining is the art of creating surfaces for Plastering or decoration using Plasterboard to cover timber or aluminium structures, walls + ceilings.
Domestically, a typical Dry-Lining job may require the re-boarding of ceilings and the formation of decoratable walls from a studwork frame or by 'dot and dab' application. This is when Dry-Lining is used to cover brickwork or other masonry structure. An adhesive is applied to the boards and they are effectively 'tiled' on.
Dry-Lining has widespread commercial use owing to it's affordability and speed of application. NRP are able to offer larger scaled assistance to the commercial sector with their dry lining projects too.
