After you have searched all of these sites it is then a good idea to search for plastering jobs locally. To do this, all you need to do is search for plastering companies in the areas you are prepared to work in. Send your covering letter and your CV to all of them. Yes, that's right, all of them. I would suggest when you email a plastering/building company regarding jobs you should include a covering letter that includes references to the following:
- Your love of the plastering trade
- Your customer friendly approach
- Your commitment to excellence
- Your loyalty to the person that pays your wages
Once you have sent your CV to all of the plastering companies you can, then target the local builders. Get your name out there. If people don't know who you are or what you do, they can't use you can they?
